The personnel was outstanding, the room we got was elegant, unbeatable location. Liked San Antonio, the hotel was beautiful close to everything downtown.
Wi-Fi signal was not very good; mediocre breakfast, a little disappointed.

Our room had a good bed and a DELIGHTFUL view. The staff here was delightfully helpful - superb service & friendly communication. Set walking distance to a river and parks, it was a plus. Also, the hotel was within walking distance of the alamo fort.
